In order to play
GBA games in your PC; you need an emulator which can be found here:

1- Download the emulator -link is above-.
2- Extract the folder.
3- Put the games inside the
"Roms" folder.
4- Click on the executable program -
the GBA icon-.
5- Click on file, open, and select the game from the rom folder.
6- Have fun :)
For NDS games; there is no perfect emulator is available for it, so just get the NDS system, a micro memory, a chip which has a slot for the micro memory and can be inserted in the NDS system.
Follow the steps:
1- Connect the
micro memory with a
card reader to your
PC.
2- Get the software that fits with the chip.
3- Copy and paste it into your micro memory's main folder.
4- Create a folder named
"Games" and put the games inside it.
5- Insert the chip with the micro memory inside your NDS system.
6- Switch it on and select the game from the list.
7- Have fun :)
